Bldr. Christopher Benard is a seasoned building and construction professional, entrepreneur, and business leader with extensive experience in the Nigerian construction and real estate sector.
Building With Experience and Vision
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, as well as a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. He also obtained a Distinction in Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, Nigeria.
As an alumnus of the University of Hertfordshire, Christopher has developed a strong foundation combining technical construction expertise with international academic exposure and business leadership.
In 2007, he founded MotherRock Nig. Ltd, establishing the company as a player within the construction industry. Under his leadership, the company has undertaken and developed business interests within the built environment, demonstrating his commitment to quality, innovation, professionalism, and sustainable growth.
As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Bldr. Christopher Benard provides strategic leadership and direction, bringing together technical knowledge, entrepreneurial vision, project management experience, and a long-term approach to business development.
His leadership philosophy is centered on building sustainable businesses, creating value, developing strategic partnerships, and investing in opportunities capable of generating long-term economic and social impact.
