Bldr. Christopher Benard

Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Bldr. Christopher Benard is a building and construction professional with international academic training and extensive entrepreneurial experience. He holds a degree in Building Technology from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, an MSc from the University of Salford, Manchester, and a Distinction HND in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa.

He founded MotherRock Nigeria Limited in 2007 and has since provided strategic leadership in construction, project development, and business expansion.

Chibuike Eze

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Chibuike Eze studied Computer Science at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

He began his banking career with Oceanic Bank in 1992, where he spent eight years working across key functions including Funds Transfer, Branch Coordination, Project Finance, and Corporate Banking.

He subsequently joined MotherRock Nigeria Limited, where he rose to the position of Project Manager, bringing together his financial, banking, and project management expertise.

Mrs. Ameze Omoye

Company Secretary / Legal Adviser

Mrs. Ameze Omoye holds an LL.B in Law from Madonna University and a Bachelor of Laws (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus.

She practiced at Ifeanyi Anago & Partners from 2008 to 2012 before becoming Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of MotherRock Nigeria Limited.

She is also a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator, certified by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, providing the company with expertise in corporate governance, legal affairs, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Dr. Trinity Tom

Marketing Consultant & Branding Expert

Dr. Trinity Tom is a marketing strategist, branding expert, and business development professional with 15 years of experience spanning product sales, digital marketing, brand development, and strategic marketing.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music Technology from the University of Uyo, a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from ABU, Togo, and an Honorary PhD in Leadership from South American University.

Over the course of his career, he has worked across marketing initiatives involving global brands, businesses, institutions, and diverse markets, developing expertise in customer acquisition, product positioning, digital campaigns, brand strategy, and growth.

His role within the team focuses on strengthening the company’s brand identity, market positioning, strategic communications, customer acquisition, digital presence, and commercial growth initiatives.

With a combination of traditional marketing experience and modern digital strategy, Dr. Trinity Tom contributes to positioning the company and its projects for greater market visibility, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth.
